Renjoy is under no obligation to monitor the information residing or transmitted to this site. However, anyone accessing this site agrees that Renjoy may monitor the site to (1) comply with any necessary laws, regulations or governmental requests; (2) to, in its sole discretion, operate the Site in a manner it deems proper or to protect against conduct it deems inappropriate. Renjoy shall have the right but not the obligation, to reject or eliminate any information residing on or transmitted to the Site that it, in its sole discretion, believes is unacceptable or inconsistent with these terms and conditions.

In the event Renjoy receives information or materials through the Site, including but not limited to feedback, data, answers, questions, comments, suggestions, plans, ideas or the like, such information or material shall be deemed to be non-confidential and Renjoy assumes no obligation to protect same from disclosure. Access to particular areas on the site may be subject to additional or different terms and conditions, as specified by Renjoy from time to time.

Renjoy has the right to terminate or restrict your access to any or all Sites, unilaterally and without notice, in the event you violate any of these Terms of Use. Renjoy also reserves any and all remedies at law or equity in connection with violation of these Terms of Use.

Renjoy provides short-term rental property management services, including but not limited to listing management, guest communication, cleaning coordination, and maintenance oversight. Our services are delivered digitally and operationally within the properties we manage. There is no physical product shipment involved in our fulfillment process.

Renjoy’s service fees are generally non-refundable. However, refunds may be issued on a case-by-case basis under the following circumstances:

• A billing error on Renjoy’s part resulted in an overcharge.
• A client’s property was removed from management before the end of a prepaid service period.
• A guest cancellation results in a refund based on the applicable booking platform’s policy, and an adjustment to Renjoy’s service fees is warranted.

Since Renjoy provides short-term rental property management services, fulfillment occurs as follows:

• Listing Services: Once a property is onboarded, we create and optimize its listing within 3–5 business days.
• Guest Services: Communication and booking management begin immediately upon listing activation.
• Property Maintenance & Cleaning: Scheduled and executed as per the service agreement with the property owner.

Property owners may cancel their management agreement with Renjoy under the terms outlined in their contract. Cancellations require a 30-day written notice unless otherwise specified. Any outstanding fees for services rendered will be due upon cancellation.

For guest cancellations, refund eligibility is subject to the policies of the booking platform used (e.g., Airbnb, Vrbo, direct booking). Renjoy will assist in facilitating cancellations but does not control refund issuance.

Renjoy operates in compliance with all local regulations regarding short-term rentals. Clients are responsible for ensuring their property adheres to local laws, zoning requirements, and tax obligations. Renjoy does not provide services in locations where short-term rentals are prohibited by law.

Renjoy processes payments securely through Stripe and adheres to PCI compliance standards. All transactions are encrypted, and no sensitive payment information is stored on our servers.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and ACH bank transfers.

Any promotional offers, discounts, or referral incentives will be clearly stated on our website, including terms and eligibility criteria. Customers must agree to the stated terms before participating in any promotions.
